Terms of Use

Welcome to the BuildWise – Play & Learn application (“App”), provided by YE Wise Learning Solutions Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is designed to support learning activities for students participating in Young Engineers programs. It enables users to:

• Access model-building instructions using a secure code system

• View lesson content approved by Young Engineers Head Office

• Interact with embedded AI chat for guided educational support

• Use the App online or offline, with synced updates when reconnected

2. Who May Use the App

The App is intended for use by franchisees and instructors of Young Engineers.

• Only authorized users are given access credentials, provided by E Square Young Engineers Franchising Ltd.

• Students may use the App under instructor supervision but do not have personal accounts or login access.

3. Account & Access

• Franchisees are the primary account holders.

• Instructors may be granted access by the franchisee.

• Login credentials are issued by the franchisee’s support manager.

• Access is restricted to authorized educational use only.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree to:

• Use the App for instructional and educational purposes only

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any content or code

• Not share login credentials or grant unauthorized access to others

• Follow all instructions provided by HQ regarding proper use

5. Content Ownership

• All models, lessons, and instructional content within the App are the intellectual property of Young Engineers Holdings Ltd., a Cyprus-based company.

• Content may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

• The content is fixed by us, though future updates may allow for instructor contributions.

6. AI Chat Use

• The App may include an AI chat feature for educational interaction.

• All use of the chat must align with the instructional goals of the program.

• AI chat responses are generated by third-party AI providers and are intended to assist, not replace, instructor guidance.

7. Offline & Sync Functionality

• The App stores content locally for offline use.

• To support this functionality, the App may request permission to access your device’s storage. This is used solely for downloading and displaying instructions within the App. It does not access or store unrelated personal files.

• Usage data and activity logs are automatically synced when the App is reconnected to the internet.

8. Data & Activity Logging

• All student interactions are logged anonymously for analytics and improvement purposes.

• No personal student data is stored or required for usage.

• Activity logs are used to understand engagement trends and performance.

9. Support & Responsibility

• General support inquiries should be directed to: support@youngengineers.org

• YE Wise Learning Solutions Ltd. is responsible for maintaining the App.

• E Square Young Engineers Franchising Ltd. is not responsible for operating the App but may access usage data for oversight and insights.

10. Termination of Access

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, with all disputes to be resolved in the courts of Larnaca.
