BuildWise Terms of Use

For Young Engineers licensees and instructors

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern use of the BuildWise application, provided by E Square Young Engineers Franchising Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), 34034 West 8 Mile Road, Suite 102, Farmington Hills, MI 48335, USA, Identification Number 800757868. BuildWise lets licensees and instructors view building-instruction content and use an AI lesson assistant. By using BuildWise you accept these Terms.

The BuildWise software and brand are owned by YE Wise Learning Solutions (Reg. HE 476229, Danaon 4, Aradippou, Cyprus, 7100) and are used by the operator under licence.

2. Who may use BuildWise

BuildWise is for the licensee (business owner) and their authorized instructors. It is not for use by children or parents. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use BuildWise only to deliver Young Engineers lessons, and not to:

• share your account with unauthorized people;
• include any child’s name, image, voice, or personal details in the AI chat;
• upload unlawful or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law allows; or
• interfere with the app’s operation or security.

4. The AI assistant

The AI assistant answers questions about lesson content and may not always be accurate; use professional judgement. Do not enter children’s personal data into it. The chat does not allow uploading images or voice recordings; if you dictate a question, the device converts your speech to text and only the text is sent. Do not include any child’s details in the chat.

5. Content and intellectual property

Building-instruction content, lesson materials, and the Young Engineers and BuildWise brands are owned by Young Engineers or its licensors and are licensed to you only to deliver Young Engineers lessons. The BuildWise software and brand are owned by YE Wise Learning Solutions (Reg. HE 476229, Danaon 4, Aradippou, Cyprus, 7100). These Terms grant no ownership.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildWise is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability relating to the safety of children.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach or to protect the service. Access is tied to your licensee relationship with Young Engineers.

8. Changes, governing law, contact

We may update these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute. Contact: support@youngengineers.org.
